General conditions of use
The purpose of these general conditions of use (called “CGU”) is to provide the legal framework for the methods of providing the site and services by and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the “User”. These CGU are accessible on the site https://www.kraaft.co/ in the “General Conditions of Use” section. Any registration or use of the application implies the acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these Terms by the user. When registering on the application, each user expressly accepts these T&Cs by checking the box preceding the following text:” I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and I accept them ”. In case of non-acceptance of the CGU stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the Kraaft application. The Kraaft Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these T&Cs at any time.

The Kraaft application is published by the Kraaft Company with a capital of €2,278.66, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 847 598 117, whose head office is located at 14 rue d'Uzès 75002 Paris. ARTICLE 2: Access to the application
The Kraaft application offers the following services: Messaging, Forms, Site Files, Report Generation, Photo Mapping. The application is accessible free of charge from any location to any Member User working in a Kraaft partner company. All costs incurred by the Member User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are borne by his employer. The non-member User does not have access to the reserved services. For this, the company he is employed by must be a partner of Kraaft. By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the Member User undertakes to provide honest and accurate information concerning his contact details, in particular his email address and telephone number. To access the services, the User must then identify himself using his username and password. Any regularly registered Member User may also request to unsubscribe by making a request to their supervisor, who will contact Kraaft. It will be effective within a reasonable period of time. Any event due to a case of force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of Kraaft.. In these cases, the User thus agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice. 5.1 Maintenance
As part of the continuous improvement of the Kraaft application, Kraaft may install updates or new versions. Kraaft SAS will make its best efforts to make the Kraaft application compatible with any new browser or any evolution of them. In the event that changes in browsers mentioned in ARTICLE 2.1 hereof would lead to the limitation of certain functionalities of the Kraaft application, Kraaft may offer the Customer to use a workaround and/or the use of another operating system pending the publication of a new version or an update of the Application Solutions and/or a correction of the browser or operating system concerned. The User acknowledges being informed by these general conditions that the Services may be made temporarily unavailable, in particular for maintenance reasons. Kraaft will make its best efforts to carry out maintenance activities that result in an interruption of service outside of Business Days and Hours.

Kraaft contains role-based access control (RBAC) features, allowing granular authorization of access to certain data as defined in our Privacy Policy. This system ensures access control and a division of roles within the organization. Kraaft protects its web application by filtering malicious traffic based on IP addresses, HTTP headers, HTTP body, or URI addresses, which allows the blocking of common attacks such as SQL injections or cross-site scripting. Kraaft also has measures to implement DDoS and MITM protection via load balancers, and a robust SSL/TLS infrastructure.
ARTICLE 6: Intellectual property
The brands, logos, signs as well as all the contents of the site (texts, images, sound...) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and more particularly by copyright. The User must request the prior authorization of the site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the various contents. He undertakes to use the contents of the site in a strictly private setting; any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any total or partial representation of this application by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization of the operator of the website would constitute an infringement punishable by article L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. It is recalled in accordance with article L122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code that the User who reproduces, copies or publishes the protected content must cite the author and his source.
ARTICLE 7: Responsibility
The sources of information disseminated on the Kraaft application are deemed reliable but the site does not guarantee that it is free of defects, errors or omissions. The information provided is presented for information purposes only and is general and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, the Kraaft application cannot be held responsible for changes in administrative and legal provisions that occur after publication. Likewise, the application cannot be held responsible for the use and interpretation of the information contained in this application. The User makes sure to keep his password secret. Any disclosure of the password in any form is prohibited. He assumes the risks associated with the use of his username and password. The site declines all responsibility. The Kraaft app cannot be held responsible for any viruses that could infect the Internet user's computer or any computer equipment, following use, access, or download from this application. The responsibility of the application cannot be incurred in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.
ARTICLE 8: Hypertext links
Hypertext links may be present in the application. The User is informed that by clicking on these links, he will leave the application Kraaft. The latter has no control over the web pages to which these links lead and cannot, under any circumstances, be responsible for their content.
ARTICLE 9: Inappropriate Content or Behaviour
Each User is represented by one or more Administrators linked to their team. If you witness content or behavior from a user of your space that you think is out of place, report it to an Administrator (s) on your team. They will have the necessary rights to remove the misbehaving user from your Kraaft work team. You can also report the user directly in the mobile application using a reporting feature.
SECTION 10 : Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract.
