Once signed by both parties, the PV triggers the start of legal guarantees, including the ten-year guarantee. It confirms that the customer takes possession of the work, and protects your company against any subsequent unjustified claim on the work delivered.

The report allows you to attach photos of the books delivered and to note comments or reservations if necessary. This facilitates the validation of the customer while supervising the possible lifting of reservations.

Simple filling on mobile or tablet

The report can be completed directly from the construction site, on a phone or tablet. In a few minutes, you can finalize it, have it signed and exported, without going through paper or re-entering it at the office.

Immediate export for archiving or customer transmission

Once completed, the PV is generated in PDF or Word. It can be sent to the customer, integrated into the site's administrative file or kept as evidence in the event of a future dispute.
